"Eat me" + "You are what you eat" = "We are one body for we all share the one loaf." When you join the body of Christ, you can eat the body. If you eat the body of Christ, you become the Body of Christ. It's all connected.

Thanks, Jennifer. I love how you inspire me to dig deeper and understand more - and the topic of communion is surely a deep one.

Absolutely beautiful. I love your heart for God and His beautiful Word. Your commitment to spending time with Him, really relishing in his presence.

What congregation are you apart of now that does lent and these communions throughout the week? I’d love to learn more. Is this Catholic or Orthodox?

I'm actually attending two churches right now. We're members at one but often hit both on Sundays. One is a non-denominational church and the other is Anglican. The non-denominal church often incorporates communion into non-Sunday events. The Anglican church follows the liturgical calendar and celebrates on assigned days.
